Dalton Peery
Dalton Peery has been teaching for 15 years. He has taught every grade from Kindergarten to 12th grade. He was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah.
He has a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Utah and a master's in Reading from Grand Canyon University as well.
He is currently raising his 7 year niece all on his own.

In this course, students will explore the beginnings of the United States through exploring our own Utah landscape. We will examine the geography of Utah and consider how it impacted the lives of the Indigenous peoples of the state by hiking the Bonneville Shoreline Trail and visiting the Natural History Museum of Utah.
