More About Class
This class will explore topics such as how to make something flat appear round, how to make something appear as if it's moving, and how color can change our perceptions. This class will utilize online learning through Canvas, live Zoom meetings, and in person direct instruction. The primary method of learning in this class is through creative exploration and experimentation. No prior artistic experience is required.
Resources Needed
All art supplies included. Students will need a computer or device with the ability to do audio and video chats.
Primary Location of in-person classes
Three in-person Saturday workshops will be at 4998 Galleria Dr. Murray, Utah 84123. More information will be provided after enrollment.

Times and Class Schedule Breakdown
Live zoom meetings from 7-8 each Wednesday during the class.
In-person workshops Saturdays from 1-4 PM.
Some online tutorials and assignments will be required outside of class time.
Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites for this class. Some previous artistic or visual experience may be helpful but not required.
Projects/Assignments
Progress will be determined through a variety of hands-on technique building exercises, quizzes, teacher and peer reviews, as well as assignments they will complete throughout the course. There will also be a final project that will either be art based or science based depending on the type of credit the student wishes to receive.
