Students will learn evidence-based strategies such as mindfulness, visualization, and how to build habits that will help them hack into the incredible powers of their brain to help them become the best version of themselves they can dream up.

This course will take place in a combination of online work and in-person sessions. Online work can be done on demand during the week. In-person sessions will be held on the following Saturdays from 11 am-12 pm: 2/13, 2/20 and 3/6

Projects/Assignments:
Students will have various exercises to do online, but the real magic of learning will come through the experiments they will do as they try out various strategies for hacking their brain taught within the course. As students experiment with different behaviors and techniques they will find out what hacks benefit them the most, get a taste for what strategies work best for applying those hacks, and discover what strategies they would like to explore more after the course.
Use SMART goal criteria to design and implement a plan for positive lifelong healthy habits. Apply stress management techniques to a personal stressor and evaluate their effectiveness
