Cynthia Stephens
Cynthia brings over ten years of design industry experience and education into the classroom. She offers progressive instruction, career connections, visual design, and technical skills. Her goal as an educator is to encourage creativity, critical thinking, teamwork, and purpose in the classroom. Also, she is committed to promoting the use of technology as a learning tool and making industry connections.
Her classes incorporate key academic standards with creative challenges and engaging hands-on projects. She places emphasis on career alignment, project-based content, community engagement, social and emotional learning skills. Cynthia is truly inspired by the future designers, artists, writers, makers, inventors, and innovation that students bring to class. She enjoys outdoor adventures, travel, good food, and fine art.
